Our rental process is safe, secure and simple. Just fill out our affidavit and pay before receiving a simple explanation on the operation of the Bike from your agent. We’ll give you an easy-to-understand instruction sheet on how to use and adjust the pedal assist mode on the Bike. We handle any and all emergencies and maintenance so you must not hesitate to call our number at any time for assistance!
