Service Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking for the Bamba
Tram. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed
to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking
the Bamba Tram.
1. Indemnity
By participating in any Bamba activity, you acknowledge and accept that Bamba and all
its related persons, including but not limited to employees, agents, shareholders,
directors and contractors, cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or fatalities that
may occur during the tram ride. You agree to release and discharge Bamba Tram and its
related persons from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising
from such incidents.
2. Age and Health Requirements
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
While there are no set age restrictions set on any Bamba activities, we advise the parents and/
or guardians of children under the age of 18 to make an independent decision as to whether or
not their children may participate.
2.2 Health and Fitness
Participants must be in good health and have a level of physical fitness suitable for Bamba
activities. It is the responsibility of the participant to assess their own health condition and
consult a medical professional if necessary. Bamba still retains the right to exclude you from
any activity if we have reason to believe it would be detrimental to your health and safety.
3. Conduct and Safety
3.1 Compliance with Instructions
Participants must comply with all instructions provided by Bamba staff for their safety and
the safety of others.
3.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on the Bamba Tram:
• Weapons, munitions or any dangerous objects
• Illegal substances or drugs
• Alcohol (unless provided by Bamba)
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Full Payment Requirement
To secure a booking with Bamba, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Bookings
made without payment will be considered provisional and will not be confirmed until payment
is received.

4.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for
a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled travel date will not be eligible for any
refund.
5. Photography and Media
By participating in any Bamba activity, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos
taken during the ride for promotional or marketing purposes by Bamba.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

your responsibility to review these terms before making a booking.
